WHAT IS GEAR CHECK?

Leave your items to be monitored at the Gear Check tent while you experience the Best Tour of Columbus.

Gear Check will be available at the Columbus Commons.

Remarkable Experience Tip: All bags must be marked with your NAME, PHONE NUMBER and BIB NUMBER. A Gear Check Tag will be on your Bib - affix this to your bag prior to getting to the race!

Remarkable Experience Tip: Bring an extra shirt or sweatshirt to enjoy the Post-Race party!

WHAT ARE CORRALS?

Corrals are how you line up for the Race based on your estimated finish time. Each corral will get its own special Start. You must start in your assigned corral indicated on your bib. By using this staggered starting method, the pack will be spread out, allowing every participant to settle into your race pace from the Start to the Finish Line.

Remarkable Experience Tips:
  • You may move back a corral (example: from B to C) but you cannot move ahead a corral.
  • If your training has gone better than expected, visit the "Solutions" table at Packet Pick-Up to be reassigned to the appropriate corral.
  • Arrive in your corral no later than 7:30 a.m.
  • Jet's Pizza Pace Team powered by Fleet Feet will be lined up in the corrals to help get you from the Start Line the Finish Line at your goal time.
