OhioHealth Capital City Half & Quarter Marathon

Supporting Charities

The OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon Supporting Charity program creates new opportunities for nonprofits to engage supporters, build community and raise funds through race participation and volunteerism.

We are excited to welcome the following Supporting Charities for the 2026 event:

The Columbus Recreation and Parks Foundation works to expand access to programs, spaces, and opportunities for youth and families across our community. Guided by a commitment to reducing barriers, we support scholarships, partnerships, and programs that strengthen community engagement, ensuring every resident has the opportunity to experience the power of nature, wellness, and creativity.

Through initiatives like the PLAY Scholarship Fund and Adopt a Center, we help remove financial and resource barriers so children and families can participate in camps, sports, and community-based programs. The Columbus Recreation and Parks Foundation is building stronger, more vibrant communities where everyone has the opportunity to play, connect, and thrive!
