Changing Your Race Distance + VIP Upgrades

M3S Sports allows you to change your distance or upgrade to the Diamond Cellar VIP Experience through April. 1. Any changes in distance between after April 1 must be made via e-mail to info@m3ssports.com.

After Wednesday, April 23, all changes must be made at the Information & Solutions Booth during the OhioHealth Expotique and Panera Bread Rapid Packet Pick Up at the VUE Columbus.

You will NOT get a refund if the price of the new registration type is less than that of your current registration type. You will be responsible to pay additional fees if the price of the new type, at its current rate, is more than your current registration type.

Change Your Category/Class:

• Log into your M3S Sports account Click Here.
• Click “Your Events” on the menu and find your registration for the 2025 OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon
• Click “View Registration.”
• In the bottom right corner click “Category Options”, then “Switch Categories”
• Choose the desired event distance or event distance + VIP category that you would like to change to.
• You will need to answer all the necessary questions and pay the difference between the two events, if you are upgrading.

Bib Transfers

Participants can transfer their registration to another person for $25. The transfer fee is paid by the new participant at the time of the transfer. Deadline to transfer a bib is April 20, 2025 and the deadline for the new participant to accept the bib is April 21, 2025.

Transfer Your Registration:

• Log into your M3S Sports account Click Here.
• Click “Your Events” on the menu and find your registration for the 2025 OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon
• Click “View Registration.”
• In the bottom right corner click “Category Options”, then “Transfer”
• Enter the name and email address of the person you wish to transfer your registration to. An email will be sent with transfer instructions to the new registrant. 
• There is a $15 transfer fee, you may choose to pay the fee or pass it on to the person accepting the transfer.

Note: If the original participant's name is on his or her bib, the new participant will need to stop at the Info Table at Packet Pick Up to be reassigned a new bib.

Note: We will not refund the registration fee for the original registration. Any compensation for the transferred registration needs to be handled outside of the platform.
