The 2023 OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon will again feature the Half Marathon (13.1 miles), OhioHealth Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles) and Columbus Promise 5K (3.1 miles) but with new, updated courses!
BYERS XTRA MILE FINISH LINE PARTY and PNC POST-RACE CONCERT
Once you cross the Finish Line, the celebration continues at the Byers Xtra Mile Finish Line Party and PNC Post-Race Concert at the Columbus Commons.
Columbus favorite, North to Nashville, will headline the PNC Post-Race Concert and the celebration will feature complimentary food and drinks for all runners and walkers:

The OhioHealth Expotique & Panera Bread Rapid Packet Pick Up will be held from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 27 and Friday, April 28 at The Vue Columbus, 95 Liberty St., Columbus, Ohio.

Since 2004, the OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon has been the choice for thousands of runners and walkers, showcasing the City of Columbus and its diverse neighborhoods and entertainment districts to runners and walkers from all over the region. Each year, Cap City hosts more than 12,000 runners and walkers, plus spectators and volunteers. The annual economic impact is estimated at $7.5 million.
The OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon also has a long-standing commitment to the charitable community and will continue to benefit the OhioHealth Foundation. Proceeds raised will support OhioHealth’s Cold Cap Therapy program, an innovative cancer care treatment that helps prevent or minimize hair loss from chemotherapy.
