About 138 U.S. (Active, Reserve and Guard) Soldiers and Coalition forces from several different countries ran a Cap City Shadow Run at Camp Mike Spann in Northern Afghanistan on May 5, 2012 while family and friends ran Cap City in Columbus. The soldiers completed 21 laps around a .64-mile gravel loop to on the base to complete the half marathon.
